When purchasing items with defects, you should be aware that these items are not perfect and have imperfections.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you notice any irregularities in the colour, texture or shape of your hat, don't worry, it's normal. Steam is the solution for you! We suggest you take a garment steamer or simply a pot with boiling water inside, and place your hat on top. The steam will temporarily soften the hat and allow you to easily reform it by hand. Then you can leave the hat to dry flat. In addition, to ensure that the hat retains its original shape, we suggest that you store it upside down after use.
